Ben LaBolt currently serves as the Press Secretary for the 2012 Obama re-election campaign. Prior to joining the re-election, he worked on Rahm Emanuel’s successful run for Mayor of Chicago as the communications director.

In 2008, LaBolt acted as deputy press secretary for the Obama presidential campaign and worked in the White House under Robert Gibbs as one of President Obama‘s press aides. He served previously as press secretary to then-Senator Barack Obama.

GOP Presidential Nominee Mitt Romney coming soon to a convention near year… According to Obama for America thousands of jobs were destroyed by his corporate takeovers…his record marred by economic failure in Massachusetts… his embrace positions of his party…women, Hispanic Americans, seniors, students and middle-class families jolting awake to his devastating policies.

Listen in on my interview with Ben Labolt

Lights, Camera, Action: Heading into the Republican National Convention, Mitt Romney faces unfavoribility ratings through the roof in an election where the stakes couldn’t be higher. He’s hired Hollywood producers and Madison Avenue mad men to re-invent himself. He’s tried it all, but nothing is working.

Obama for America is presenting Americans with an epic cinematic preview of Mitt Romney’s “convention re-invention” -the Do-Over moment that voters have grown to expect because they’ve seen this movie before.  Romney’s previous work has been panned as misleading and false by independent critics, so his only option is to shake the Etch-a-Sketch and try one again to convince the country tha tis plan to cut taxes for millionaires and billionaires on the backs of the middle class is a blockbuster.

The video is Rated N for Not Gonna Work.
