Nash credits her change to one key decision. After she got remarried to electrical engineer Jay Tucker last May, Nash made another vow to change her eating.
“I didn’t start out about weight loss. I was very tired and my energy was low,” reports Us Weekly. “This is my second go-around in love, so I want to make sure I’ll be around to enjoy it.”
Nash turned to a five day juicing program by nutritionist Stacy Gibson. The program includes three 16-ounce veggie and fruit juices, about 300 calories each, plus meals of mostly fish and vegetables, every other week.
“I have more energy to run after our four children,” says Nash. She also dropped 10 pounds. “Weight loss and great skin were a bonus!”
