The President & First Lady Return To Richmond This Afternoon To Speak At VCU

President Barack Obama made a surprise trip to Afghanastan on Tuesday to address the drawdown of troops in the War on Terrorism and defined America’s roll in future Afghan military action.   The President is set to officially begin the General Re-Election campaign, and one his first official stops will be here in Richmond this afternoon at Virginia Commonwealth University.

The President will speak at Ohio State University earlier today as he continues to tour the major colleges to speak with students and young voters.   He will speak at VCU’s Siegal Center this afternoon,and will be joined by the First Lady Michelle Obama as the President will outline his vision for where we are going and how far we have come, despite the efforts to impede his success.
