Virginia native and Philadelphia Eagles QB Michael Vick married his longtime fiancee Kijafa Frink in Fountainebleu Miami Beach over the weekend. It was a wonderful ceremony attended by family, friends and Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall, free agent Plaxico Burress, Vick’s agent Joel Seagal and Eagles Head Coach Andre Reid. Approximately 300 people attended the wedding ceremony.
Security was tight at the Vick family wedding and all cellphones and cameras were confiscated before the event began. The event started with a pre-cocktail party on the beach. And, the reception featured performances by Maroon 5, Flo Rida and Gymclass Heroes.
Vick did the traditional of not staying in the same hotel as his fiancee and spent the night at another hotel. Frink stuck by Vick during his 23 months in jail on dogfighting charges. According to the New York Post Frink received a standing ovation following the ceremony.
Vick spent most of his time at the reception kissing on his new wife and loving on his children. On Sunday, he treated his family and close friends to dinner at Prime 112 in South Beach.
The wedding reportedly cost $300,000.
