The winner of last week’s Powerball Jackpot claims 338-million dollars but owes 29-thousand dollars in back child support payments. 44 year old Pedro Quezada claimed his ticket at Eagles Liquors in Passaic New Jersey beating the odds of 1 in 175 million. Quezada is from the Dominican Republic, a husband and father of five and will appear in a New Jersey courtroom today on the child support delinquency. The New Jersey Lottery says everyone who wins more than 600-dollars is checked for child support and other obligations.
