Chesterfield Police are investigating a robbery and subsequent carjacking that have been perpetrated by the same person.
An adult male, while in his car, was approached by two other males who entered the vehicle. After obtaining money from the victim, the suspects allowed him to exit the car. They then left the area in the vehicle. The victim only sustained minor injuries.
The police later found the vehicle, a Nissan Armada, on fire off Qualla Road near the overpass on Route 288.
The first suspect has been described as a black male, about 6 feet tall, with a mustache, and in his early 20s.
The second suspect was also described as a black male, about 6 feet 2 inches tall and in his early 20s. His hair was braided with blond tips.
